Peace Tide
Peace Tide is a Bretonnian holiday. Gilles' final victory is celebrated with re-enacted battles, pledges of loyalty, and lots of eating and drinking. All quarrels within a community are supposed to be resolved by this day, though quarrels with other communities need not be. Some villages force people who are still quarreling to accept some resolution before dawn of this day, even if that resolution is a fight to the death.
