Created by powerful spells in ancient times, they guard the estern coast of the continent from invaders. [1a]

The islands are cloaked in strange mists full of illusions that can confuse and terrify those who enter, whilst the very islands themselves move creating a treacherous network of shoals and sandbars that even Elf pilots can become confused within. [1a]
