Tor Anroc is the capital of Tiranoc, a High Elf kingdom famed for its charioteers. In the reign of Bel Shanar Tor Anroc enjoyed a status as the capital of Ulthuan. During the Sundering Tor Anroc was at least partially destroyed by the waves, yet was rebuilt afterwards, albeit to a fraction of its former glory. It is said that chariots raced through the streets at the height of its power.
