The Tower of Hoeth is carefully protected by the Sword Masters.

The White Tower of Hoeth is the largest repository of magical knowledge in the world. The political and cultural centre of Saphery, the tower is led by the High Loremaster.

It was built by order of Bel-Korhadris the Scholar King, who was later buried inside its foundations. In the 400th year of his reign, the tower was half-completed but already a small town of mages and scholars had sprung in its shadow. The Loremasters, the order of mages in service of Hoeth, was formed in this time.
