Zacharias, also known as Zacharias the Everliving is a Necrarch Lord, an extremely powerful sorcerer, more than a match for lesser mortal mages. He controls the Forest of Shadows, being the terrifying enemy of forest people and nearby mountain Orcs. His terrifying reputation is bolstered by his ghastly mount, for he is one of the few nercomantic mages with enough power to raise and control the Zombie Dragon.^1,2
