Elector Count of Wissenland

The Elector Count of Wissenland was the ruler of Wissenland, the southernmost province of The Empire. This noble title was usually passed on in a hereditary fashion.

Being one of the fifteen Electors, the Counts of Wissenland cast one of the votes in the election of a new Emperor.
