Arabyan Flying Carpet.

Flying Carpets are magical artefacts created only in Araby.[2a]

The Sorcerers of Araby have perfected the art of binding aerial spirits into physical forms - not least of which is the famous flying carpet. [1]

The carpets are stong willed, becoming very loyal to their owner and will obey no other as long as they live. [2a]

Warfare

Carpets carry two or sometimes three riders, who arm themselves with bows as well as various missiles. These are thrown into the enemy's ranks and include such unpleasant surprises as pots of scorpions, serpents, fire-ants, hornets and venomous spiders. [1]
