Amunet was the Queen of ancient Numas in Nehekhara. [1a]

Appearance

She had the smile of a hungry jackel and eyes like onyx. [1b]

History

She was the daughter of King Sheheb and after he father's death, there was a cycle of fratricide from which she alone emerged as Queen. [1b]

In -1650 IC she travelled to Lahmia for the Council of Kings presenting one of the heads of the last of the immortals of Nagash. [1a]

When Neferata ascended to the throne on the death of her brother-husband, Amunet and the other rulers travelled once more to Lahmia, she by barge and then riding quickly on the fine steeds for which her city was renowned. [1c]
