The Bloodkeep is a fortress monastry located in the Grey Mountains. In former times it was the home of the Knightly Order of the Dragontemplars. Today it is largely a ruin.

After the arrival of Walach Harkon from the Blood Dragon bloodline, all surviving Dragon templars were turned to vampirism.

More recently Karl Franz defeated the Dragon templars in the Battle of Bloodkeep, and the surviving vampires fled, but the fortress ruins may still be haunted by undead...
