Court of Covenant is a neutral meeting place in the Realm of Chaos. [1a]
Always accessible from each of their domains, the Dark Gods can gather here and meet when they cause to do so. Hostilities and truces between them are ended and created here with negotiations between the various gods taking place according to their nature. [1a]
