A Witch Elf, priestess of Khaine.
A group of Witch Elves offer a sacrifice to Khaine.

The cult of Khaine is the most popular, prominent and important religion of the Dark Elves, and the official state religion of Naggaroth. However it isn't the only religion in the realm.

The great temple of Khaine is located in Har Ganeth, the centre of the cult. However all cities possess at least one temple of Khaine, if not several. Villages, ships and Black Arks usually have a shrine.

Organization

The Witch Elves are the brides and priestesses of Khaine, Lord of Murder. Young Witch Elves are commanded by Hags who answer to older and wiser Death Hags. These are accountable to the extremely old Hag Queens, who obey Hellebron, the second-oldest Hag Queen and the overall cult's leader. However her authority is challenged by Morathi who covertly holds the allegiance of several Witch Elves.

Below the Witch Elves come the Executioners and the Assassins.

Worship

The cult worships Khaine through bloody offerings. Victims are sacrificed without mercy by the Witch Elves and the Executioners.
