El Cadavo

El Cadavo was a Pirate Lord. [1a]

History

He raided Lustria on several occasions, seeking the Obsidian Column in the jungles to the south of the Temple-city of Hexoatl. [1] He tried to impress local Skinks with cheap glass beads and his cannon, but they told him that Lord Xtinki would swallow the sun to express his displeasure. Although at first he and his men laughed they then saw solar eclipse and fled much to the amusement of the Lizardmen. [2]

Whilst in the region he created a port and settlement that bore his name, but Lord Mazdamundi destroyed it with a series of earthquakes. [1]

In 1944 IC he made his third and final attempt to reach the Obsidian Column in the jungles to the south of the city. Lord Mazdamundi sent a force to ambush the raiders as they left the area with wagons loaded with treasure and although El Cadavo himself escaped, the skeletons of most of his pirates still hang from the column. [1]

He made his way home but was ruined, mentally, physically and finiancially. [1]

Quotes

That is the power we bring with us. Why don't you take your stone spears and feather skirts and run along now. I promise you won't be hurt if you stay out of our way.

~ El Cadavo to Lord Xtinki.[2]
