The Elector Count of Wissenland is the ruler of Wissenland, the southernmost province of The Empire. This noble title is usually passed on in a hereditary fashion.
Being of the 15 Electors the counts of Wissenland cast one of the votes in the election of a new Emperor. The current ruler of Wissenland is Emmanuelle von Liebwitz [1] who holds her court in the semi-independent city-state of Nuln. She seems to be neglecting Wissenburg, Wissenland's ancient capital.
