Festerhole

Festerhole was a Skaven settlement-burrow that lurked beneath Karak Angkul. ^[1a]

History

The skaven had created it, hidden from the hold far above it but its end came when a dwarf mining tunnel had breached into a skaven tunnel. Although the skaven had fought hard, they had been driven back deep into warren where the dwarfs then sealed them in, collapsing all exits and leaving them to starve which took several weeks. ^[1a]

Desiring the return of the hand of Vecteek, Seer Lord Kritislik tasked the seer Skraekual with finding and retrieving the talisman. ^[1a]
