The Great Pyramid of Khetep is located within Khemri in the lands of Nehekhara. It was built for one of the greatest kings of Khemri, Khetep.

Khetep was the regent to the son of Queen Rasut but when the child died, he took the throne himself. One million labourers worked for twenty five years to build his pyramid and all the peoples of Nehekhara fell on their knees to him. He made the land prosper like never before, hence his burial in a huge pyramid.

As Nagash, Khetep's son, seized the trone from the King's other son, Thutep, he entombed his brother in their father's pyramid.
