Helena von Culper
Baroness Helena von Culper is the Master of the Komission of the Imperial Archives of the Empire.[1]
Helena was appointed by the new Chamberlain of the Seal, Baron Amadeus Mencken in order to clear the house of the pawns of his predecessor. Helena, as Master of the Komission of the Imperial Archives, the Baroness is head of one of the vital information gathering organisations of the Empire. This she also passes to other members of the Lahmian Sisterhood. [1]
Appearance
She has been careful to cultivate the appearance of an independent and striking widow who spends most of her time acting as an aunt and chaperone to the young socialites of the city of Altdorf. [1]
Powers
She is unaffected by the touch of the sun, is able to cloak her true nature from those with magical senses and has no fear of holy objects.[1]
