Jade Order
The Jade Order is one of the eight Colleges of Magic who train Wizards in The Empire.
Jade wizards are masters of the seasons and nature, as a result their power depends on the season, reluctant to operate in winter while prosperous in summer. They are fascinated by the natural state of the Old World. As a result Jade wizards are prone to living wild and avoiding urban areas. The Orders headquarters in Altdorf is filled with few wizards as a result of this.
History
Teclis came to the sacred groves of the druids and awakened the waystones of the stone circles, telling them that they were originally raised by his own ancestors. Roughly a third of the druid families would not listen and retreated deeper into the forests. The rest joined the Jade Order where they continued to practice a version of the Old Faith, seeing the original version of their religion as a twisted version of the truth. [1a]
The first Jade Mother was Katelina Matthias. [5a]

Quotes
We druids, who study the Lore of Life, know that this is the single most powerful and single most important wind. It is the one element that all living things must possess. It emerges from life just as it gives life; it is found in the blood of creatures, and in the sap of plants. It is the very stuff of life.
