Johann Esmer was Grand Theogonist of the cult of Sigmar. He rose to prominence during the Storm of Chaos and is known to be morally corrupt and enjoying his position.

He was later forced to leave his office by the Arch Lectors handing it back to the renowned Volkmar the Grim. He later fled to Marienburg.
