Kaia Fanmaris

Kaia "Stormwitch" Fanmaris is the Eonir governor of the Ward of Storm in Laurelorn Forest. ^[1a]

She is the Warden of Storms and a Vicarius on the High Council of Laurelorn and called the Stormwitch by people of the Wasteland. ^[1a]

Government

Kaia is advised by a small council of Toriour (Cityborn) and governs from an ancient watchtower, Se-Athil, atop a cliff overlooking the Sea of Claws, its formidable height allowing her to scry weather patterns as far away as Albion. ^[1a]

Politics

As the Laurelorn’s only Faniour (Forestborn) Warden, Kaia is a strong advocate of better integration of the Younger Kindred into Eonir society. Although she meets raiders with force, she prefers peace and conducts diplomacy with both Dark Elf and Norscan traders. ^[1a]
