Lahmizzar was king of Lahmia during the 4th Dynasty of Khemri. He was a charismatic leader who united many cities to fight Nagash. He was the first realise the power and evil of Nagash held and that he had to be denied the ability to use this power, for he could only do harm to Nehekhara.[1]

With Nagash on the throne in Khemri and wrecking havoc throughout Nehekhara, Lahmizzar planned to destroy Nagash and take control of Nehekhara. He began the war alone, but convinced the kings of Zandri, Numas, Mahrak, Lybaras and Rasetra to follow him.[1]

He battled against Nagash fiercely, but was slain at Nagash's hand. He was succeeded by Lahmizzash.[1]
