Appearance
A handsome man with an unlined face the colour of honey, brown eyes, a full sensuous mouth, sharp nose, long black hair past his shoulders and a close-cropped beard. He wore yellow silk robes, patterned trousers and ruby ear ring. [1a]
Family
He was the father of Lamashizzar, his son and heir who married Neferata, his sister, both were born late in his life to one of his wives. [1b]
History
In -1950 IC following the sack of Zandri by Nagash, Lamasheptra travelled to Khemri to visit his aunt Neferem and her son Sukhet. He brought a young boy priest of Ptra, Nebunefer as a gift to her to wait upon her and see to her spiritual needs. Lamasheptra was shocked by how she had aged beyond her years but sank to his knees in reverence, much to the anger of Nagash. [1a]
