Lybaran skyboxs were aerial obeservation and long range communication platforms created by the city of Lybaras in Nehekhara. [1a][1b]

Construction

Abox, a little smaller than a chariot was suspended by cables from an spherical bladder filled with air spirits, and when in use kept tethered to a couple of wagons by rope allowing it to rise up to a hundred feet in height. It had a crew of three boys, each equipped with seeing-tubes and bronze dishes that reflected sunlight to commincate with the cavalry vanguard and scouts. [1a]
