Mandred Skavenslayer

Mandred Skavenslayer, or Mandred Ratslayer was the Count of Middenheim, who led the forces of the Empire to victory against the skaven, defeating the skaven at the Battle of the Howling Hills in 1124 IC.
Later that year he was elected Emperor, serving for 28 years before he was asassinated by the skaven.
