Master Engineers are brilliant inventors from the Imperial colleges including the famous Imperial School of Engineers in Altdorf. [1a][2a]
Although many are human, some are Dwarfs who have been expelled from the Dwarf Engineers Guild for outlandish or new fangled ideas. [1a]
Engineers at War
They often take to the battlefield in order to test their inventions including the Hochland long rifle, pigeon bombs, Repeater Handguns and Repeater Pistols. Other crew the war machines of the Empire including Steam Tanks, War Wagons and Helblaster Volley Guns or ride to battle in small mounted groups. [1a][2a]
