Rakaph II followed on from King Rakhash, ruler of Nehekhara, or the Land of the Dead.¹

It is said that he actually subjugated the cities of Mahrak, Lybaras and Lahmia. He then demanded higher tribute to be paid to him.¹

He was followed by King Pharakh.¹
