Skaven Warlords are the leaders of the vast majority of Clans, or Warlord Clans, which are not the four main Skaven Clans. Within these Warlord Clans, there is a clear hierarchy and the Warlord is simply the strongest and most cunning of Skaven, able to outwit its enemies and kill them. Consequently, a Warlord is always looking for enemies and threats to its power, spending much of its time eliminating rivals.
