Temple Dog
Temple Dogs are animated stone statues that protect the temples of several Empires including Cathay and Nippon. [1a]
The deity of the temple pours their energy into the statue, granting it life for a period. [1a]
Great heroes favoured by the god or goddess may even ride these creations into battle. [1a]
Weapons and Equipment
Being a divinely animated construct, they are able to damage creatures usually immune to non-magical weapons whilst their own stony skin is as effective as heavy armour. [1a]
