Frontpage links updated.  Also the strange thing is that the WFB pages have been seeing a huge spike in visitors since the SEGA videogame Warhammer:Total War shipped.  But as with all wikis, only the tiniest fraction of new readers wish to contribute.

[[User talk:Ashendant/Archive]]
Hey, got your message. Wanna hit the points you bring up:

*I do know how to use the Fn/Endn system and I've been sourcing most of the stuff I add, I sometimes forget to when I go down a long rabbit-hole of edits. My plan is to put up all the Realms info I can find from the primer and the first Realmgate Wars book and make sure it's all sourced before getting too far into the other books and faction battletomes. I want to hit it all eventually - Realms, factions, armies, characters, etc.

*I'll keep in mind the <nowiki>[[ ]]</nowiki> thing, I generally don't like linking to non-existent articles until I'm ready to write them, but I don't mind that much.

*I actually prefer summarizing info rather than copying directly, I just noticed directly copied text elsewhere and did the same. I'd rather use my own words anyway so I'll do that from now on.

I'm really hoping to get this wiki up to snuff as a reference for Age of Sigmar info. Thanks. [[User:GoldenYak|GoldenYak]] ([[User talk:GoldenYak|talk]]) 11:24, 10 August 2016 (MDT)

Hey Ashendant,

==Age of Sigmar game / publications thoughts==

I suggest a new page for Age of Sigmar (game). That will give us a page to link to when we are talking about the GW game itself, as opposed to the setting. There are some stubs for warhammer fantasy and some of its editions that we can use as a template for now. Eventually we will want our publication/ game apges to feel more like the 40K ones that have cover pics, table of contents, publication date, etc...

:Well, I was thinking it would go like this:

* [[Warhammer: Age of Sigmar]] would be the page for the game.

* [[Mortal Realms]] would be the general setting page.

* [[Age of Sigmar]] would be the great epoch that gives the setting it's name.

:We should try to copy the 40k lexi success through there are some sections, like categories names, that don't work because of factions from the two fantasy "settings" sharing the same name. Which is a problem I already fixed.

: Did you receive my message about new users not receiving their passwords through email and the "forgot your password" function not working?

:::Thanks and don't forget that these passwords will need to be resent.

:::On another note I'm adding templates from the WH40K wiki as needed, like someone needed it today, but the colors end up ugly. I could easily figure out how to change it, but not what color to change it. In color terms for tables and templates i've been using whatever i get first, which will need to be fixed later.

:::On the matters of Portals, to be honest I don't really like them and I think we should do something else instead of them.--[[User:Ashendant|Ashendant]] ([[User talk:Ashendant|talk]]) 16:56, 10 September 2017 (MDT)

==Skaven  and organisations in AOS==

Before I do the rest of the Skaven for Alliance pages can I just check on naming conventions - are we going for Skaven then clan type for all of them?

Also do you think its worth having a category for organisations in AOS?--[[User:Viktor|Viktor]] ([[User talk:Viktor|talk]]) 10:26, 2 October 2017 (MDT).

:The naming convention for Factions is whatever GW decides it to be, which I've been using the app as an example. It originally started as "The Clan Pestilens", then they changed it to "Clans Pestilens" before final settling at "Skaven Pestilens". If they decided to rename the faction I will move all related articles and categories to the proper place which will be annoying but doable.

:There is already one in [[:Category:Age of Sigmar groups]]. In general for categories you should check this [http://whfb.lexicanum.com/mediawiki/index.php?title=Special:Categories&offset=&limit=500 link] if it already exist, it's automated list, but I try my best to keep it clean.

:I also need to add some of these easy to use links to the [[Lexicanum: Age of Sigmar]] project page.--[[User:Ashendant|Ashendant]] ([[User talk:Ashendant|talk]]) 10:59, 2 October 2017 (MDT)

==Daemons of Tzeentch / Overlords ==

Burning Chariots do not have a seperate entry but they are described as specific daemonic entities in the Dicsiples book (p36)

:I had not put all the minor characters with little info on the Main page just in the relevant sky ports but I can do so --[[User:Viktor|Viktor]] ([[User talk:Viktor|talk]]) 15:21, 14 October 2017 (MDT)

: also Gaunt Summoner has both Mortal (arcanite) and Daemonic keywords - so needs to be in both lists?, same with Tzaangor Shaman and Curseling - is that an issue? --[[User:Viktor|Viktor]] ([[User talk:Viktor|talk]]) 15:30, 14 October 2017 (MDT)

:It depends on the context, but from what I can read on the product description an warscroll burning chariots are not actually a type of daemon lorewise. Just a vehicle pulled by screamers and ridden by a herald or a flamer, completely void of personality or name.

:For now it would be preferable to keep the list of characters in a faction as complete as possible. At a later time we can make a better solution.

:I guide myself by the app when making unit listings, so Gaunt Summoners would be in three factions. But it really depends on the lore context.

:Curseling and Tzaangor Shaman only appear Tzeentch Arcanite listing so they should be reserved to that faction unit listing.--[[User:Ashendant|Ashendant]] ([[User talk:Ashendant|talk]]) 16:20, 14 October 2017 (MDT)

:: Ok no probs - working on Arcanites at the moment I think many of the Daemon keywords for mortals refer to the Skydisc/Screamer they ride --[[User:Viktor|Viktor]] ([[User talk:Viktor|talk]]) 02:04, 15 October 2017 (MDT)

:::::Okay, but when do you get these messages?

:::::This Part:

:''"For instance, a “Hosts of Slaanesh” army with Hosts of Slaanesh allegiance abilities could include Mortal units with the Slaanesh keyword from Slaves to Darkness, and a Khorne army could mix units from the Khorne Bloodbound list with the Daemons of Khorne list and the Slaves to Darkness. Similarly, a Nurgle army could combine Nurgle Rotbringers, Daemons of Nurgle and even Clans Pestilens units under the Nurgle allegiance abilities."

:::::It indirectly separates keywords from the faction listings, so a unit can have the Mortal and Tzeentch keyword without being part of the Tzeentch Arcanites faction listing.--[[User:Ashendant|Ashendant]] ([[User talk:Ashendant|talk]]) 15:24, 15 October 2017 (MDT)

:::::: I got an alert to say you had sent a message about 10 mins ago. :::::::Nah don't add it as they are not the same. What it means is that the faction listing of units is separated from keywords.--[[User:Ashendant|Ashendant]] ([[User talk:Ashendant|talk]]) 16:32, 15 October 2017 (MDT)

==Deamons==

Should it include Stormcast?  Interestingly in Perstilens - the Slann consider them similar to his own Seraphon - but wereas his creations are "memories" the Stormcast are "Ideals" --[[User:Viktor|Viktor]] ([[User talk:Viktor|talk]]) 10:38, 28 December 2017 (MST)

:No as stormcast dont have the daemon keyword. I think the Slann is more commenting on the common Azyrite nature, rather than a daemonic one.

Are we calling the campaign overview Time of Tribulations or Maling Portents?  If the former I will copy info over from the MP page I made?--[[User:Viktor|Viktor]] ([[User talk:Viktor|talk]]) 12:23, 10 February 2018 (MST)

:Yes, Time of Tribulations is the name of the campaign, like Realmgate Wars. Sort of like an Era. I'm going of course by the statement in the "Why We Fight" post to quote, "The Malign Portents are spreading across the Mortal Realms, as they usher in the Time of Tribulations." Looks like Malign Portents are individual events that happen during these Times, some which repeat themselves plenty of times.--[[User:Ashendant|Ashendant]] ([[User talk:Ashendant|talk]]) 12:33, 10 February 2018 (MST)

==Daughters of Khaine==

Do you think we should give Morathi her own AOS page - Morathi Shadow Queen?--[[User:Viktor|Viktor]] ([[User talk:Viktor|talk]]) 10:04, 24 February 2018 (MST)

:Yes. [[Morathi in the Mortal Realms]]--[[User:Ashendant|Ashendant]] ([[User talk:Ashendant|talk]]) 12:03, 24 February 2018 (MST)

:: Will do - do we count her as a deity? GW is a bit contradictory - saying she wants to become one but also ''When the End Times came and the Mortal Realms were formed, she returned as a goddess and member of Sigmar’s Pantheon of Order, and was vital in Tyrion, Teclis and Malerion’s scheme to imprison Slaanesh'' ah well.

:::I think she was state to be a demigoddess.--[[User:Ashendant|Ashendant]] ([[User talk:Ashendant|talk]]) 12:59, 24 February 2018 (MST)

:::: Yep in the previous focus articles they say that but then the latest for the model release says Goddess - I get the Battletome next week so hopefully clearer.--[[User:Viktor|Viktor]] ([[User talk:Viktor|talk]]) 13:01, 24 February 2018 (MST)

:::::Since her lore states she is trying to suck Khaine's worship into godhood, we will assume she is a demigoddess.--[[User:Ashendant|Ashendant]] ([[User talk:Ashendant|talk]]) 13:07, 24 February 2018 (MST)

==Star-eagles and other birds==

Given how sparse the information on... let's say "Azyr avians" for now - are [[Star-eagle]]s noteworthy enough to have their own subcategory? I don't think it's on the same level as Star-drakes, since we at least know the names of several such individuals, and they're much more likely to stand out in the lore, as opposed to what amounts to falconry buddies. In any case, should we perhaps merge "Star-eagle" and the to-be-made articles of Aetherwings and Star-raptor (see [[Sanson Farstrider]]) into a single "Birds of Azyr" article, or at least category? [[User:Kimarous|Kimarous]] ([[User talk:Kimarous|talk]]) 23:00, 11 April 2018 (MDT)

:I've given though about this and yes a Bird of Azyr might help but there are some issues with, for example demigryph and gryph-chargers which might or not be Birds of Azyr. It might also create confusion if GW ever decides to make a "Beasts of Order" faction. On the other hand i'm also trying to group certain types of unit together to make more solid articles as can be seen in the [[Gorechosen]] article. To be honest I'm leaving this to the criteria of the writer and i'll fix the redirects myself.

:On the categories themselves(that tiny horizontal list on the bottom of every page), I want them to be a specific as possible. This is so we can have an healthy category tree that makes sense, so that shall remain with those specific subcategories.--[[User:Ashendant|Ashendant]] ([[User talk:Ashendant|talk]]) 05:14, 12 April 2018 (MDT)

=="Tzeentch Arcanites" and "Arcanite Cults"==

We have a page for the [[Tzeentch Arcanites|former]], whereas the latter has only red links. I'm not quite sure what to do with "Arcanite Cults" that wouldn't just be parroting the "Tzeentch Arcanites" page. Should we maybe just redirect the Arcanite Cults link into Tzeentch Arcanites? (And while we're on the subject, is it safe to assume the [[Arcanites]] page is simply an unidentified Arcanite cult?) - [[User:Kimarous|Kimarous]] ([[User talk:Kimarous|talk]]) 21:29, 16 April 2018 (MDT)

:At some point we should split the faction article from the sub-groups articles. Arcanite cults would be ones of these sub-groups, but for now we should just apply redirects.

:Yes. When I wrote the Arcanites articles the Grand Alliance: Chaos book wasn't out yet so I didn't know the Tzeentch Arcanites was a faction group. Leave it for now, and i'll deal with it at a later stage.--[[User:Ashendant|Ashendant]] ([[User talk:Ashendant|talk]]) 08:31, 17 April 2018 (MDT)

==Conclaves==

I'm thinking of setting up a page - or possibly pages - for the Conclaves of the Stormcast Eternals. I'm not sure if we should have a page for each or if we should do like we did with [[Chamber]]s, having a single page that covers everything? I'm personally in favour of the latter, as separate pages would be rather brief and would cover most of the same ground, whereas a central page could cover all general information as well as specifics. I'm also thinking that the Conclaves should have lists of which units belong in which conclaves - regular list or table? If the latter, I don't know how to make or edit tables, so either someone else would have to do it or instruct me how to. However, the main question is "separate Conclave pages or one Conclave page covering all four"? --[[User:Kimarous|Kimarous]] ([[User talk:Kimarous|talk]]) 21:49, 1 June 2018 (MDT)

:The Conclaves are in a curious position. First of all when I started this I had decided to have one page for every unit, but this resulted in very small and underwhelming pages, like [[Liberator]]. So at a later point I decided that if certain unit pages could be grouped together, they should be done so [[Forest Folk]]. So ideally one should grab the articles already written before and use to make them individual Conclave articles, like the Forest Folk example. However I do not know what the Conclaves are by themselves and what units are organised in them so that would definitely help a lot.--[[User:Ashendant|Ashendant]] ([[User talk:Ashendant|talk]]) 10:06, 2 June 2018 (MDT)

::I made a central [[Conclave]] page. I hope it is acceptable. --[[User:Kimarous|Kimarous]] ([[User talk:Kimarous|talk]]) 23:46, 2 June 2018 (MDT)

:::That's the opposite of what I told you to do... I'll leave it for now, but at some point I'll have to break it down into different pages.--[[User:Ashendant|Ashendant]] ([[User talk:Ashendant|talk]]) 05:30, 3 June 2018 (MDT)

::::Apologies for the misunderstanding. --[[User:Kimarous|Kimarous]] ([[User talk:Kimarous|talk]]) 19:52, 3 June 2018 (MDT)

:::::It's mostly because there's a problem with single-worded pages that might need to be turned into disambiguation pages, because of things like the Stormrift Conclave and it's easier to do so if they are already broken down. I will also will likely have to move the Chamber page into a different page for the same reason, but I'm not splitting that page.--[[User:Ashendant|Ashendant]] ([[User talk:Ashendant|talk]]) 19:55, 3 June 2018 (MDT)

::::::Speaking of which: [[Dracothian Guard]] - separate [[Concussor]]s into a separate article and turn the latter into an overview / disambig page for Concussors, [[Desolator]]s, [[Fulminator]]s, and [[Tempestor]]s? Should I act or do you want to take care of it? --[[User:Kimarous|Kimarous]] ([[User talk:Kimarous|talk]]) 20:06, 3 June 2018 (MDT)

:::::::No keep it to one page. Make the [[Dracothian Guard]] the main page and turn the rest into redirects. We want more articles like [[Forest Folk]] and less articles like [[Crypt Flayer]]s. I'll move the desolators there, but don't have the sources to make the rest.--[[User:Ashendant|Ashendant]] ([[User talk:Ashendant|talk]]) 20:28, 3 June 2018 (MDT)

:::::::Did all the work I could do as quick as possible. Feel free to add it further on [[Dracothian Guard]] article.--[[User:Ashendant|Ashendant]] ([[User talk:Ashendant|talk]]) 20:37, 3 June 2018 (MDT)

==Realm Magic==

I'm planning to set up pages for the realm-specific spells listed in [[Age of Sigmar: Core Book (2nd Edition)]] and [[Malign Sorcery]]. My only real hesitation is the actual naming of these pages. Each page would be a combination of the singular "Realmsphere Magic" spell for each realm listed in the former and the six "Spells of (Realm)" from the latter. Should I name it something like (using Aqshy for example) "Realm Magic: Aqshy", "Realm Lore: Aqshy", "Lore of Aqshy", etc.? Should I maybe just make a master list of "Spells of the Realms"? I think it's worthwhile to categorize all these universal spells, but the critical foundation of the page name eludes me.--[[User:Kimarous|Kimarous]] ([[User talk:Kimarous|talk]]) 11:33, 18 August 2018 (MDT)

:I'll check the issue more in-depth like in an hour, but for now go with Lore of Aqshy and when we decide a better name i'll just move the articles.--[[User:Ashendant|Ashendant]] ([[User talk:Ashendant|talk]]) 13:51, 18 August 2018 (MDT)

::I've made a [[Lore of Aqshy]] page and will proceed with the other realms now.--[[User:Kimarous|Kimarous]] ([[User talk:Kimarous|talk]]) 13:58, 18 August 2018 (MDT)

:::I noticed a section in Malign Sorcery covering some Edge of Realm stuff in Aqshy - spells that can be learned by the general of one's army, even if they aren't a wizard (so strong the Bright magic in such a region, apparently). Should such spells be added to the Lore of Aqshy page?--[[User:Kimarous|Kimarous]] ([[User talk:Kimarous|talk]]) 23:06, 22 August 2018 (MDT)

::::I think it should. Add it there. Also if you can and want to please make a [[Magic in the Mortal Realms]] articles. It's one that's sorely needed.--[[User:Ashendant|Ashendant]] ([[User talk:Ashendant|talk]]) 05:47, 23 August 2018 (MDT)

==Warhammer Adventures==

Do we include this as canon?  [https://www.warhammer-community.com/2018/05/21/21st-may-warhammer-adventures-tales-for-younger-readersgw-homepage-post-1/]  --[[User:Viktor|Viktor]] ([[User talk:Viktor|talk]]) 13:23, 25 September 2018 (MDT)

:Yes, we need to include Warhammer Adventures in this wikipedia. However we should treat it as a different canon under it's own section, by having it's articles have it's own section and warning template. It would be like the [[Warhammer Legends]] section or "sub-wiki".

:Through to be honest I doubt the wisdom of starting this now. As you can see here, the split for the Fantasy wiki has been greenlighted and while there are no issues with continue to fixing and adding new articles to the main "AoS" section of the wiki, I think it might be best to wait for when the split happens to start any "sub-wiki".

:If you do want to start creating Warhammer Adventures articles feel free and i'll make sure they have their own categories.--[[User:Ashendant|Ashendant]] ([[User talk:Ashendant|talk]]) 14:37, 25 September 2018 (MDT)

:: Thats fine - I thought it might be a source of some characters for categories that have low population but will leave it for now :) --[[User:Viktor|Viktor]] ([[User talk:Viktor|talk]]) 14:40, 25 September 2018 (MDT)

:::Ah no, in that particular case it might be best to keep it in it's own categories. Like for example: [[:Category: Warhammer Adventure characters]]. That way we avoid mixing "the canons" per say. ==Fleetmasters==

Although the various Scourge charaters are descrivbed in the text and even the back of the novella as '''Fleetmasters''' only Zarkland actually has a Black Ark.  Also the novel tends to use Scourge as a shorthand for the faction - including by the characters. Lots more to come from the Novella --[[User:Viktor|Viktor]] ([[User talk:Viktor|talk]]) 16:05, 10 November 2018 (MST)

:Black Ark Fleetmasters are the only type of Fleetmasters we know for, so for now we'll assume all fleetmasters are that kind. That way it will be easier to update when Scourge Privateers gets an update and potentially adds more fleetmasters or gives them new names.

:I'm not sure if I should make it a redirect and add a note on the [[Scourge Privateers]], or make it their own article. I'm leaning more towards the first.

:As you create articles you need to add a lot more links to other articles. You usually miss some of them.--[[User:Ashendant|Ashendant]] ([[User talk:Ashendant|talk]]) 16:22, 10 November 2018 (MST)

:: re Fleemasters - hmm ok, its a bit misleading but if you like.  re articles - I try to make it so that I can fill in the links as I go along and not leave alot of dead ends.....but will make sure I do more.  --[[User:Viktor|Viktor]] ([[User talk:Viktor|talk]]) 16:31, 10 November 2018 (MST)

:::It's better to go back and fix it if we have them consolidated in one place, than if they are not. In essence this will likely be a Mage-Sacristan situation.

:::It's extremely preferable to leave a lot of red links that can be filled at a later, than having to go back and hunt the places where links need to be added. Leaving red links also allows to see what is missing or needing redirects in the following link [http://whfb.lexicanum.com/wiki/Special:WantedPages].--[[User:Ashendant|Ashendant]] ([[User talk:Ashendant|talk]]) 16:50, 10 November 2018 (MST)

Should we merge the faction and race pages as they have the same name?

--[[User:Viktor|Viktor]] ([[User talk:Viktor|talk]]) 05:29, 19 January 2019 (MST)

:No, we should keep them separate. The main reason is because Bile Troggoths are a thing, besides a number of problems that come with having a race and faction page sharing the same name. These problems are shared with the Sylvaneth and Seraphon page that will need to be deal with... later.--[[User:Ashendant|Ashendant]] ([[User talk:Ashendant|talk]]) 14:36, 19 January 2019 (MST)

== Morghur as minor Chaos God?  ==

The Beasts of Chaos Battletome states that  some Beasts specially that of the Gavespawn Greatfray worship Morghur as a God and want to see it ascend beyond all the Chaos Gods. Not sure where to put it so adding this here. The quotes are,

"The Gavespawn worship an entity known as Morghur – the Great Devolver and Bringer of Mutation. A being of the Realm of Chaos, Morghur manifested himself in the world-that-was many times, spreading disorder and corruption wherever he walked and reforming the land to mirror his own dark visions. Though that world was destroyed, Morghur’s essence persisted, and through cracks in the veil between realities has seeped steadily into the wilds of the Mortal Realms. To the beasts of the Gavespawn, the most blessed creations of Morghur are the Chaos Spawn – those mutated aberrations that writhe uncontrollably in places redolent with warping energy. In these supremely mutated creatures, the Gavespawn see their god’s degenerate will brought into being. As such, when the bodies of the Greatfray’s mightiest champions are hacked and hewn in battle, they are sometimes given the Gift of Morghur, and are reborn as Chaos Spawn. There are an inordinate number of Bray-Shamans amongst the Gavespawn, and their fell ravings become even more profane when their twisted god visits prophecies upon them. These Bray- Shamans steer the stampedes of their beastherds, leading them on wending warpaths to butcher and wreak ruin, and with each vile act of desecration they tear greater rents in the fabric of reality. As more raw Chaos energy pours into the Mortal Realms, the shamans foresee a time when Morghur will not only manifest himself once more, but will be raised up to the Chaos pantheon above all of the other Dark Gods. It is for this reason that many other Greatfrays are wary of the Gavespawn, for where most Beasts of Chaos seek to erode the barriers between the Realm of Chaos and the Mortal Realms, the Gavespawn wish to reduce all of existence to a seething primordial sludge, through which Morghur’s essence can flow unhindered."

==Prayers of the Mortal Realms==

I get the impression that [[Prayers of the Mortal Realms]] needs an overhaul. I think this should be a central hub of all Prayer lists, like the only one currently on this site, [[Prayers of the Khainite Cult]]. Should I take some time to add a Prayers list for the Stormcast Eternals, linking it to the Stormcast main page as well?

Also, what should be the tabs? A List of Spells and Prayers index exists, as does a Prayers index. Looks to me like early-setup disorganization. --[[User:Kimarous|Kimarous]] ([[User talk:Kimarous|talk]]) 15:28, 8 February 2019 (MST)

:Yeah it's mostly likely early set-up disorganization. And yes [[Prayers of the Mortal Realms]] should be the hub for all prayers. I moved somethings around from the List of Spells and Prayers, but i'll leave the category up for now. Since I will review everything after the split Ill consider it at that moment.

:Feel free to add Prayer list under the Prayer category, and link it to the coresponding faction main page.--[[User:Ashendant|Ashendant]] ([[User talk:Ashendant|talk]]) 16:05, 8 February 2019 (MST)

::Regarding the [[Khorne Bloodbound|Blades of Khorne]], the Slaughterpriests have exclusive "Bloodfueled Prayers" and a separate table for all Khorne Priests (so including Khorne-marked Chaos Warshrines) is "Blood Blessings of Khorne". Should I count them as separate prayer tabs or combine them into a single tab as I did with the SE's [[Prayers of the Stormhosts]] - and if the latter, which title should I use as the page header? Maybe a general "Prayers to Khorne" with hotlinks to the specific subsection? --[[User:Kimarous|Kimarous]] ([[User talk:Kimarous|talk]]) 20:16, 8 February 2019 (MST)

:::Separate them. If they are different spell lores/prayer lists with a different name keep them separate.--[[User:Ashendant|Ashendant]] ([[User talk:Ashendant|talk]]) 21:02, 8 February 2019 (MST)

::::It's less of a list and more of a Warscroll ability that's also technically a prayer to Khorne. [[User:Kimarous|Kimarous]] ([[User talk:Kimarous|talk]]) 21:39, 8 February 2019 (MST)

== Renaming Battletome year titles ==

It looks like some Battletome page titles haven't been renamed with the release year while the names have been updated in the Publications page creating red links despite Battletome pages existing. The pages are, <nowiki>

[[Battletome: Seraphon]], [[Battletome: Fyreslayers]], [[Battletome: Everchosen]],[[Battletome: Chaos Dreadhold]], [[Battletome: Ironjawz]] [[Battletome: Sylvaneth]], [[Battletome: Bonesplitterz]],[[Battletome: Stormcast Eternals Extremis]], [[Battletome: Dominion of Chaos]],

[[Battletome: Beastclaw Raiders]], [[Battletome: Disciples of Tzeentch]], [[Battletome: Kharadron Overlords]], [[Battletome: Maggotkin of Nurgle]], [[Battletome: Daughters of Khaine]], [[Battletome: Idoneth Deepkin]]</nowiki>

Thanks. - [[User:UMDP|UMDP]] ([[User talk:UMDP|talk]]) 10:25, 25 February 2019 (MST)

:Yeah I know. The problem with moving these is that will also have revise every single "What Links Here" for every individual battletome and edit it accordingly(Ex: [[Special:WhatLinksHere/Battletome:_Disciples_of_Tzeentch]]), create disambiguation pages and that's a lot of work. Which is another thing I've been postponing until the split happens. Right now I'm not able to do it, but when I come back in a few hours, I'll atleast move every article to a new page.--[[User:Ashendant|Ashendant]] ([[User talk:Ashendant|talk]]) 10:49, 25 February 2019 (MST)

==Publications==

Once I have finished with [[Middenheim]] page upgrade I was thinking about sorting out a Publications page for the World that Was books etc in a similar vein to the current one for AOS or is this something to wait until the Split (I don't know exactly what that entails).  --[[User:Viktor|Viktor]] ([[User talk:Viktor|talk]]) 04:52, 27 February 2019 (MST)

:You can do it now, but the format needs to be changed. The current AoS version has a few problems that i'm going to fix after the split. I suggest you keep them separate by type (tabletop rulebooks, novels, rpg rulebooks). Here is a little something to help you with that: [https://www.easyzoom.com/embed/81749b0d67b94754af5315a4bef6ddc2] --[[User:Ashendant|Ashendant]] ([[User talk:Ashendant|talk]]) 07:03, 27 February 2019 (MST)

== Judgments of Khorne List ==

We are going to need a list for Judgments of Khorne similar to Endless Spells and if possible an article as well. I will try get the relevant parts of the new Khorne battletome soon. - [[User:UMDP|UMDP]] ([[User talk:UMDP|talk]]) 10:24, 30 March 2019 (MDT)

:I don't think I'm going to make an entirely new list just for Judgements of Khorne, which would also mean making another list for Magmatic Invocations. I think i'll just add a "equivalent" list to the [[List of Endless Spells]]. However the [[Judgement of Khorne]] and [[Magmatic Invocation]] pages will have such small lists.--[[User:Ashendant|Ashendant]] ([[User talk:Ashendant|talk]]) 12:48, 30 March 2019 (MDT)

== Hosts of Slaanesh to Hedonites of Slaanesh ==

Should the Hosts of Slaanesh be renamed as Hedonites of Slaanesh considering the faction has been mostly revamped? - [[User:UMDP|UMDP]] ([[User talk:UMDP|talk]]) 07:08, 9 May 2019 (MDT)

:The Hedonites of Slaanesh faction is weird. It doesn't include any of the Mortal Heroes so we would have to remove all Chaos Lord of Slaanesh from the Hosts lists and have nowhere to put them, if we decide to change the name. For now we'll leave it be and go ack to it once again about it after the split, mostly because we have to consider the united chaos factions too(Blades, Maggotkin and Disciples).--[[User:Ashendant|Ashendant]] ([[User talk:Ashendant|talk]]) 10:01, 9 May 2019 (MDT)

:: Also might be worth waiting till they have brought our the FAQs for Hedonites, there is a similar position for the Skaven Clans as the main keywords have changed. --[[User:Viktor|Viktor]] ([[User talk:Viktor|talk]]) 10:04, 9 May 2019 (MDT)

::: Theres' another important issue here, the fact that Daemons of Slaanesh, although not directly stated, are a faction in Age of Sigmar, but the Mortals of Slaanesh themselves don't have a name. This is honestly the bigger issue with the whole Slaanesh faction debacle. If anybody has any suggestions I would gladly hear them.--[[User:Ashendant|Ashendant]] ([[User talk:Ashendant|talk]]) 13:57, 9 May 2019 (MDT)
