King Weiran was the leader of a doomed host of Ropsmenn attempting to defend against the more aggressive Ungol peoples of the land of Kislev. They fought at the cliffs of the Sea of Claws but were eventually defeated and the Ropsmenn were scattered for the rest of time.[1]
