The Wolf Emperor, also called Ulric Emperor[1], was one the claimants for the imperial throne during the Age of Three Emperors, a centuries-long civil war of The Empire.
History
This line of pretenders began in 1547 IC as Siegfried, Count of Middenland, refused to obey any of the two other candidates, self-proclaiming himself as emperor instead.
Their main rivals were the Ottilian Emperors and the elected Emperors, joined later by the Elector Counts of Marienburg and the Reikland pretenders.

Notes
8: The Tome of Salvation (and apparently most material for Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay) uses the name Heinrich instead.
- No Wolf Emperor is mentioned during the Wars of the Vampire Counts, and it is possible, though unknown, that the Counts of Middenland simply withdrew their candidacy during this time.
