Daggerfish

Daggerfish are predatory flying fish that are found in warmer waters but in summer months can be found in northern oceans such as the Sea of Claws. [1a]
They are tasty and fishermen catch them in lights, using bright lights to attract them. [1a]
Appearance
Adults can reach twelve inches in length with a wing-span of about eighteen inches and have razor-edged spines that project from the tips of its fins. [1a]
Hunting
When attacking they can leap out of the water up to about four feet and a large shoal of them can be very dangerous. [1a]
