Appearance
An amulet in the form of a golden sceptre which has mesmerising, twisting designs which change and writhe. [1a]
Powers
Enemies in combat with the wearer can be transfixed by the amilet, unable to do anything other than stare helplessly at it. However the longer it is worn, the more chance there is that it will cause a mutation. [1a]
