Does HammerWiki count as an official source?

No, Hammerwiki is just another wiki written by fans (nothing wrong with that per se) and not an official product of Games Workshop. If you find anything in the Lexicanum obtained from Hammerwiki (except pictures) please give me a simple warning. I will examine the issue closely and probably delete it.
AFAIK Hammerwiki is mainly focused upon the MORPG and the Lexicanum is about the background. I remember vaguely that the their article about the Council of Thirteen is simply wrong (but I read it some time ago) and this shows yet again that to copy their articles is dangerous for this wiki. We try our best to use official sources: the armybooks, novels and sourcebooks of GW. We shouldn't use other wikis. The entire Dazh entry is unfortunately copied from HammerWiki. I've done some research in my old dusty Warhammer-books and can't seem to find his name in any of them. Correct me if I'm wrong? - Lyrix
AFAIK he doesn't appear in the old books, but he appears in page 122 of the Tome of Salvation (a 2nd edition sourcebook - which I own) together with Tor and Ursun and surely in 'Realm of the Ice Queen' (which I don't posses). I checked the Hammer-article and I'm honestly unsure who copied from whom. I'm pretty sure that I deleted this article to re-write it anew using its former contents. I no longer trust or copy wiki-articles since two brilliant cluster-fucks which you can read about in Talk:Council of Thirteen and User talk:Acidface. NEVER again.
