The Tzar is the leader and ruler of Kislev.The current Tzarina is Katarin who ascended to the throne in 2517 IC. The Tzar resides in the Bokha Palaces in the centre of Kislev's capital Kislev City
The Tzar is an absolute ruler. He/she controls all the affairs of the nation as well as being an overall military commander, spiritual/religious leader and lawmaker. The seat of the Tzar is the city of Kislev. The Gryphon Legion, a cavalry unit famed throughout Kislev and The Empire are the Tzar's bodyguards and accompany them personally to war.
