Dekala is an Amazon Serpent Priestess of the Pale Hide tribe in Lustria. [1a]
History
She recalls that a hundred years previously, the Slann caused huge earthquakes in Lustria and so she seeks to prevent them gaining Azemandu, the Heart of Darkness. [1a]
Weapons and Equipment
She is armed with a Sunstaff which can shoot powerful beams of light that burns through armour, tough skin and shields alike. [1a]
