A map depiction of Malko.

Malko is a small but well defended fortress-town in the Border Princes.[1]

By the standards of the Border Princes, Malko is considered a large settlement. Despite its large militia and tall walls, it has been besieged and sacked many times; yet the town has equally repelled many would-be conquerors, in spite of its makeshift palisades.[1][2]

Farmland

Famed for its fertile fields, it is considered the breadbasket of the Border Princes.[3]

History

After rampaging through the farmland of High Spear, Waaagh! Kiknik arrived in the lands claimed by Malko. Those who could fled inside the walls, but a number of storehouses were sacked despite their small garrisons. The Mayor attempted to defeat the greenskins with the well-trained soldiers of the town combined with the militia but was led into a trap and they were all slaughtered. Luckily before the horde could attack the town, a large mercenary army arrived to drive them off having been dispatched by the other nearby settlements.[3]
