King Don Jurno Esparo was a ruler of Estalia. [1]

History

He was considered mad after he created the Valley of Windmills in the Abasko Mountains as part of an attempt to feed his people. However the hundreds of windmills constructed were quickly left to rot when the valley was abandoned due to its location. [1]
