Their teams are composed of acrobatic athletes each honed by their jungle homeand whose exceptional blend of tactical prowess and penchant for violence means they are ideally suited for success! [1]
History
The Amazons were hidden from the rest of the world for many millenia but as Cabalvision started to cover the Lustrian Superleague, established teams began to invite them to friendly games, thinking they would be easy to defeat. They were very wrong as the Amazons had been fierce rivals of the Lizardmen and quickly demonstrated their formidable skills on the pitch [3a]
Postions
Different warrior sects mould their play styles around their totem animals. [3a]
- Eagle Warriors: Their lack of armour is made up for by their agility, [1] and they form the core of any Amazon team. [3a]
- Jaguar Warriors: The biggest and burliest women on an Amazon team and make it their mission to protect allies with their Defensive skill. [1]
- Piranha Warriors: These act as a Blitzer/Runner hybrid, [1] striking with a series of lightning fast blows and evading counter-blows. [3a]
- Python Warriors Having spent their time observing how the various jungle snakes hunt, Python Warriors are the ideal Throwers, waiting cold-bloodedly in the backfield. [1]
