Hong Fu Chu is the First Secretary of the Cathayan Embassy in Marienburg. ^[1a]

He seeks to implements his divine masters plans for the strange barbarians of the Old World. ^[1a]

Appearance

Hong Fu Chu stands only a little over five and half feet tall with a round face and a fat belly. His long robes hide a blessing from his god - the legs of a bird with purple feathers and yellow claws. ^[1a]

History

Upon arrival from the Celestial Court, he informed the Ambassador that a faction in favour of Lord Tsien-Tsin had gained power although he did not provide any official instructions. ^[1a]

Since then he has contacted the Rainbow Flames, a Cult of Tzeentch and is taking control of the underworld in the cities Little Cathay district. ^[1a]

Personality

A cruel man who favours long days of torture for those he sacrifces to Lrod Tsien-Tsin, he is also a deceiver and schemer who seeks little more than to fulfully the desires of his god. ^[1a]
