Norse Blood Bowl Team
Norse Blood Bowl Teams consist of Norscans who play Blood Bowl. [1a]
Given that Norsca suffers from a harsh winter nine months of the year and the neighbours are often Chaos Warriorss, its difficult to grow crops and the staple food is dried Elk flesh its no wonder that many Norse seek to leave their homeland. So when they hear that the local Blood Bowl team is recruiting for their next tour of Lustria many shoulder their last barrel of beer, grab their spare iron jock-strap and head off to the team Longship as fast as they can! [1a]
Consequently Norse teams are very common in Blood Bowl giving a very very raucous element to leagues and tournaments. The people of the north make excellent players -they love a good punch-up, are tough and usually not overly bright - especially after a few pints of strong beer![1a]
History
The Norse quickly fell in love with Blood Bowl, embracing and enjoying the sheer violence with many teams joining the NAF and the Vynehiem Valkyres winning the Blood Bowl trophy twice. When the league collapsed they were forced to return to fighting against other tribes and raiding until one day a boat returned from the Old World and one of the crew leapt off crying out Blood Bowl's Back! at the top of his voice. The Norse were back in the game.[2]

Quotes
Drinking, drinking, drinking. Drinking till I am drunk. Standing up, falling down, getting in a fight. Punching someones lights out, falling on the floor. Waking up next morning, then getting drunk some more!
