The White Sistrum is a ancient magical muscial instrument of the Naga that live in the hinterlands of Khuresh. [1]

A hourglass shaped ivory-graven rattle-drum whose music can bring madness and death as it evokes the old and terrible rites of the Naga. [1]

Powers

The bearer becomes a terrifying figure to all who behold them and gains mastery of the Lore of Shadows. Together with any mount they ride, their attacks become deadly and poisonous. [1]

As a bearer gathers magical power from the Winds of Magic, more benefits are unlocked including those nearby speed, enhancing the bearers magical prowess and even allowing them to conjure forth a swarm of serpents whose fangs drip with venom. [1]
