Ograh is the Beastlord of the Harrowmaw Tribe [1a]

He is a corpulent and exceptionally evil Beastman who rather than seeking the destruction of humanity rather wants to farm them as part of his plan to bring his brethren closer to civilisation. [1a]

History

He has bid his Shamans send dream-visions to village elders that have convinced them to send their children to him as offerings. They are then fattened in pens beneath the roots of sacred trees until they are ready to be feasted upon. [1a]

Ograh intends to raise a underclass of human slaves that will convince others to worship the Beastmen as their masters. Although other chieftains would consider him weak and perverse, almost all of the thousands that make up his tribe follow his vision. [1a]
