Albrecht
Albrecht the Fish is a Gang Boss of the League of Gentlemen Entrepreneurs in Marienburg in the 25th Century IC. [1]
He holds a position of authority over the small number of Fish gang members operating in Marienburg and has invaluable connections that unable him to lay his hands on many rare and illegal substances including the valuable and addictive Black Lotus. Despite this he does not partake of his own merchandise and views addicts and addicts as weaklings, not bothering to disguise his scorn for them. [1]
History
As a rising star of the League, he was sent to Altdorf to oversee their interests but returned two decades later, the tattoo of a bloody dagger inscribed over the fish tattoo on the left side of his neck. [1]
He has built a strong alliance with the dangerous Grossbart another member of the League’s Inner Circle but his ultimate goal is to unseat Adalbert Henschmann as leader. It is Albrecht, supported by Grossbart’s influence, who is now setting up a move by the Estalian racketeer, Miguelito Nunez, to dominate the trade, and eliminate other sources of Black Lotus in the city.[1]
