Norse Magician

The Norse Magicians are Norse wizards. [1]
Depending on the clan and their power they may have different titles including Helrun, Runeskryre, Skald, Vola, Wyrdskyre or Shaman. [2a][3]
Shamans of the clans are feared not only by foes but also their own people and have despicable, solitary lives.[3]
Magic
Although some wear armour, this does interfere with spell casting. [1a] They are sometimes called upon to bind a monstrous host to aid the Warhird which might include Bears, Eagles, Giant Wolves and even the ferocious Wyrms known to others as Dragons. [2b]
- 3rd Edition: They use Battle Magic, Daemonic, Elemental, Ilusionary, Necromantic magic. [2a]
- 4th Edition: Amber Magic, Ice Magic.[3]

Weapons, Armour and Equipment
- 2nd Edition: Knife or Dagger. May have Additional Hand Weapon, Chainmail, Metal Breastplate, Shield, Two-Handed Axe or Sword. May have Magic Weapon. [1]
- 3rd Edition: May have Bow, Double Handed Weapon, Heavy Armour, Javelin, Light Armour, Shield, Spear, Throwing Axe, Throwing Spear. May have Horse or Warhorse. May have Horse or Warhorse barding. May take Magic Items. May be the Army Standard Bearer or General. [2a]
- 4th Edition: Large Smelly Stick (Hand Weapon). May have Additional Hand Weapon, Bow, Double Handed Weapon, Halberd, Heavy Armour, Javelin, Light Armour, Shield, Sling, Spear. May be mounted on a Monster. May take Magic Items.[3]
