Khagul Bloodfist
Khagul Bloodfist was a Norse Champion of Chaos. [1a]
Around -150 IC he was the lieutenant to Valgar the Butcher who led a large army on a raid against the shores of Nehekhara, shattering the undead legions sent to repel him before finally he was faced with Settra himself, riding to war on his golden chariot. The Tomb King decapitated Valgar's daemonic mount in a single swing but in return, the champions axe, blazing with unholy fire cut deep into Settra's chest and set him ablaze. [1a]
The spirit of the Imperishable exploded into a swarm of vengeance filled beetles that devoured the flesh of Valgar before flying back to his tomb. Khagul he survived the battle, claimed Settra's crown as a prize and returned home with twelve other Norse, bloodied but rich. Each would become a tribal chieftain and some like Khagul followed their master on the path to become Champions of Chaos. [1a]
Ten years later, Settra had reformed and came forth to the north in search of vengeance and his crown, slaughtering his way through the tribes until he came to the Hellwyrm Glacier where he was met in battle by the warhost of Khagul. Settra and Khagul fought their way towards each other, but another was to intervene.[1a]
Prince Apophas attacked the Chaos Champion after Khagul had destroyed a Tomb Scorpion and slit his throat after a short duel. [1a]
