Mishenka Romanoff was a Tzarina and absolute ruler of the land of Kislev around the year 2276 IC. ^[1a]

Like her ancestor, Khan-Queen Miska the Slaughterer, she maintained an air of mysticism and mystery that she leveraged to help her rule whilst her Ice Witches often joined the army on campaign. ^[1a]

She had a single son and heir - Prince Alexis Romanoff, a skilled diplomat and warrior. ^[1a]
