Most of the team tends to be made up of Beastmen supported by superhuman Chosen warriors and blood-crazed Minotaurs as well as Ogre and Trolls. Often they forget about the ball altogther as they grind their opponents into the turf to please the Ruinous Powers. [1a]

Nurgle teams terrify most opponents as although they lack agility and even coordination but they combine formidable strength and a powerful resilience to harm. Players include swollen Bloaters, Pestigors and Chaos Spawn. [1c]

Summoned Daemons
Daemons make excellent Blood Bowl players once summoned by well paid Chaos Sorcerers and can be employed by teams dedicated to a specific Dark God, a single Greater Daemon can also be summoned. However, all Daemons have only a tenuous grip on their form in the material world and can be banished back to the Realm of Chaos if they suffer enough damage. [3]

- Tzeentch: Lord of Change, Pink Horrors - When a Pink Horror is destroyed it splits into a pair of Blue Horrors which can result in a referee sending one off unless they think the pair are actually just one very fast player! [3]
