Warrior Kindreds are also known as the Kindreds of Lakoys, a word evolved from lacoi which means fear of death, glory and might. [2a]
In times of war, the close families that Wood Elves live in form warbands that carry their family sigil or badge on their banner and wargear. [1a]
The Kindreds comprise the majority of the army of Athel Loren mostly Glade Guard, Glade Riders, Warhawk Riders as well as other warriors. [2a]
