Watcher of Tzeentch

The Watchers of Tzeentch are found floating serenely in nearly every corner of the Inevitable City in the Realm of Chaos.[1]
Silently observing the events of the city, they are anchored to the ground by thick chains and seem to be merely harmless, if unsettling, eyeballs. Despite this, few interfere with their vigil, as to do is to risk the wrath of unseen powers.[1]
