River Troll Hag
River Troll Hags are huge female River Trolls and the matriarchs of their kind. [1]
Troll Hags are massive creatures, larger by far than their male kin.[1]
Cruel and disturbingly clever, Hags only infrequently emerge from the depths of their marshland home to lead their kin on raids but they can also be roused by a Greenskin Waaagh!. [1] Many Orc Warbosses will go to great lenghts into their armies, offering up a number of Goblins to fill her belly. [2]
Magic
They are possessed by an innate ability to shape the Winds of Magic, cursing their enemies and summoning storms fo fetid swamp water. [2] The River Troll Hags practice dark magics, able to curse their foes with strings of Trollish invectives. [1]

Maternal Instincts
Their powerful motherly instinct can even manifest in battle as they attempt to discipline enemies like unruly children or drag them into a powerful embrace - both can be fatal to mere humans. [2]

Like many Trolls they can unleash a foul stream of vomit as a weapon. [2]
